TWIC ADVISR Version 3.0

The system utilizes the Credential Identification Number (CIN) printed on the back of the TWIC card to cross-reference it against a List of Canceled CIN Numbers (LCCN) for verification purposes. This can be done manually by entering the CIN using a keypad or automatically scanning the barcode via the device's camera. If a match is found on the list, the display will clearly indicate that the card has been canceled. In case the CIN is not found on the list, the operator will then be directed to verify the expiration date printed on the front of the card. If the card has expired, the display will notify the operator accordingly. If the card has not expired, it will be indicated that it has not been canceled.

Please note that there is no electronic reading of the card or verification of any data stored within it.
